Insurance & Fees

Dr. Mallory Sapoff is in-network with Aetna Commercial plans in New York. If you have an Aetna NY plan, sessions are billed directly to Aetna according to your in-network mental health benefits. Copays, coinsurance, or deductibles may apply based on your specific policy.

For all other insurance carriers, Insight Psychology operates as an out-of-network provider. Many PPO and POS plans include out-of-network mental health benefits that allow for partial reimbursement. Claims may be submitted on your behalf, or a detailed superbill can be provided for reimbursement.

Private Pay Rates

• Individual Therapy: $260 per session

• Couples Therapy: $375 per session

Payment is due at the time of service.

A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available based on financial need and scheduling availability.
